About Our Logo
Our logo was inspired by special kind of spiral curve called a logarithmic spiral. Logarithmic spirals often appear in nature from seashells, flowers, whirlpools and spiral galaxies to name a few. However, our inspiration grew out of a fundamental property unique to the logarithmic spiral, it never changes shape as its size increases. Ever growing larger but never changing form, just as Exemplar Design strives continue our growth as designers but remain true to our core beliefs of quality and swift service for our clients.
If the beauty logarithmic spiral itself was not enough, its relationship to a very special proportion referred to as the Golden Section makes it truly extraordinary. What is it that makes this proportion so special, simply put the Golden Section has an almost uncanny way of popping up where it is least expected. From nature to manmade art and architecture, the Golden Section has inspired artists, architects and designers for generations with the visual effectiveness of this perfect proportion.
